How to activate eSIM mobile data using Ottersim?

To connect to the internet using the Ottersim eSIM:

  1. Navigate to your device's Mobile Data settings.
  2. Enable eSIM that you have purchased from Ottersim
  3. Activate Data Roaming if needed.
  4. Select Ottersim's data as your primary connection.

Do NOT delete your eSIM, as it will be permanently removed and cannot be reinstalled or used again.

Difference between daily renew or total data?

If you purchase an eSIM from Ottersim with 1GB of data daily for 5 days, you will receive 1GB of data each day. In contrast, if you opt for an eSIM with 1GB total for 5 days, you will have 1GB of data to use over the entire 5-day period.

Is it really unlimited data?

Yes! It’s truly unlimited! When your high-speed data runs out, you’ll still have unlimited data at 128Kbps—perfect for WhatsApp, email, and other essential apps.

If you're not using your mobile data right away, we advise waiting to enable data roaming for Ottersim's eSIM until you reach your destination. Please note: Ottersim's data services begin at UTC+8. Enabling data roaming at 11:30 PM UTC+8 provides just 30 minutes before the day's validity expires. We suggest adjusting your timing to optimize your data usage.
